How Would You Start Your Dairy?

I write everyday.
My daily always begins with same four words.
It was not a rule that I set to follow, but naturally became my habit to start with a same four words.
It is maybe because I strongly believe in words.
I sometimes think if there was anyone who also started their daily with same words.
